3D printing

We are additive manufacturing design specialists.

We offer a 3D printing service integrated into our process, which will save you time and money. Standard prices are available online. For specific requests, do not hesitate to contact us.

We can offer you volume price reduction if you are interested in small series productions. If the parts and their installation are correctly designed, post-processing is minimized and the unit price can become attractive for small and medium series.

Melt wire deposit (FDM)

This process deposits layers of extruded thermoplastic. Post-processing involves removing the supporting material.

  • Materials : PLA, Tough PLA, ABS, ASA, CPE, PETG, Nylon (PA), PA-CF, PA-GF, TPU, PP, PC, and more. Find out the materials available _ here .
  • Advantages :
    • Economical, proven and simple.
    • Wide choice of materials.
    • Possibility of hollowing out the parts automatically.
    • Possibility of designing parts without any finishing required.
    • Possibility of making bi-color prints.
  • Applications :
    • Prototyping or small series production.
    • Functional validation at low cost.
    • Tools and large parts.
    • Prototype of extruded profile.

Stereolithography (SLA)

This process cures a photopolymer into a resin using a laser. Post-processing involves cleaning the parts with alcohol, removing the support material, and then curing the parts with UV.

  • Materials : Standard resin, Sketch, High strength, Durable, Flexible, Elastic, Rigid, High temperature, etc. Find out the materials available _ here .
  • Advantages :
    • Very precise and impeccable surface finish.
    • High level of detail.
    • Quick printing and setting up.
    • Possibility of designing parts without any finishing required.
    • Isotropic mechanical properties
  • Applications :
    • Model, aesthetic validation.
    • Functional validation requiring a beautiful surface finish and precision.
    • Prototype of part intended for plastic injection
    • Tools, pattern and molding.
    • Fluid application: sealing, flow, vacuum, etc.
    • Thin wall, precision part and high level of detail

MultiJet Fusion (MJF)

This process is similar to SLS, but with the addition of a chemical agent to considerably speed up the production rate of the parts. It is an excellent choice for the functional part of medium and large series production.

  • Materials: PA12, PA11, PA12 GB, PP, TPU. Check out the materials available here .
  • Advantages :
    • Large production capacity.
    • Excellent value.
    • Allows very complex parts to be produced with good precision.
    • Good general mechanical property.
    • Little finishing to be done on the parts, regardless of the geometry of the parts.
    • Design without support (self-supporting process).
  • Not recommended for:
    • Fluid application: sealing, flow, vacuum, etc.
  • Applications:
    • General application.
    • Production parts in medium and large series.
