The Five Stages that Guarantee the Innovation Process

Strategy
We offer clients the chance to participate in strategic workshops to refine and confirm the product’s development needs and target market.
In this initial stage, we also invite clients to an "Elaboost"—an exploratory workshop where brainstorming techniques spark creativity and brilliant ideas emerge. - 2.
Concept
This immersive stage allows us to research and define the product's entire ecosystem. We explore various concept ideas and conduct studies—mechanical, ergonomic, or stylistic.
By the end of this stage, we’ll have a selected concept that’s desirable to users and viable for the client. - 3.
Prototype
This is the opportunity to demonstrate the overall performance of the proposed solution.
At this stage, we design prototypes and perform preliminary testing to assess the concept’s performance and establish success criteria.
We aim to validate that the product meets aesthetic and functional needs. - 4.
Product
This stage focuses on optimization, preparation for mass production, and product certification.
We validate all manufacturing and assembly constraints, confirming costs and delivering the first assembled, qualified product. Final 3D and 2D drawings can be provided to the client, and we support pre-production. - 5.
Production
The final stage supports the operational launch of production and product commercialization.
We assist clients with continuous improvement, quality control, and troubleshooting both in the factory and on-site.
We also optimize costs and create support materials—templates, instructions, brochures, and more.
